CASE# F10-13504; Attempted Murder with a Firearm (4 Counts)
Synopsis: Client accused of firing a weapon, injuring four bystanders at a public park in Perrine (Miami), FL. Defendant retains Mr. Grieco prior to arrest. Client is surrendered to authorities without incident, as the accused’s name and photo had been plastered on all local news channels and the Miami Herald. Synopsis: Client arrested after traffic stop and search. Facing seven (7) year statutory minimum in prison.

CASE# 8250XCM; Miami Beach
Synopsis: Defendant charged with Driving Under the Influence after causing a collision with a taxicab on the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue (CMB). Police allege that defendant failed roadside sobriety exercises and the defendant subsequently refused the request to participate in a breath test.
Disposition: Case dismissed before trial and 1-year administrative suspension lifted.
CASE# 468142W: Miami
Synopsis: Defendant (bartender) charged with Driving Under the Influence after chasing and crashing into another vehicle while driving the wrong way on a off-ramp for I-95. Defendant refused intoxilyzer test after allegedly performing poorly during roadside exercises.
Disposition: Case reduced to Reckless Driving with no conviction (withhold of adjudication) and no license suspension (both criminal and administrative).
CASE# 489793X; Miami Beach
Synopsis: Police arrest defendant after he simply rev’s his engine outside Nikki Beach Club. DUI investigation ensues and client arrested for being impaired and in actual physical control (APC) of the car. No breath and allegation of failure of roadsides.
Disposition: Case dismissed (license administratively reinstated)
